Agreement to Use
Accessing any page on our site means you accept these terms. They apply to all five brands we operate: casino, betting, poker and crockfords. If you disagree with anything below, close the site and don’t register.
Who Can Play
You must be 18 or older. We verify age during signup using ID documents and third-party databases. Lying about your age gets you banned permanently, and we confiscate any winnings. Parents: lock down your payment methods. Kids who use your cards get both of you flagged.
Account Rules
One account per person, ever. We track devices, IPs, and payment details. Multiple accounts result in closure and forfeited balances. You can’t share logins, sell your account, or let someone else play using your credentials. Break this and you lose access to all five platforms simultaneously.
Money In and Out
Deposits belong to you until you gamble them. Once you place a bet, it’s final – no chargebacks, no disputes claiming you didn’t mean it. Withdrawals get processed after we verify the account. First cashout takes longer because of KYC checks. If documents don’t match your registration details, the withdrawal gets rejected.
Bonuses Aren’t Free Money
Every bonus has wagering requirements listed in the promotion terms. Miss them and you void the bonus plus any winnings from it. Expired bonuses disappear – we don’t extend deadlines. Bonus abuse (opening multiple accounts, coordinated play, anything that exploits the system) voids everything and closes your account.
What You Can’t Do
Bots, scripts, and automated play get you banned. So does collusion, chip dumping in poker, or anything that manipulates outcomes. We log gameplay and run pattern detection. Get flagged and we freeze your account while we investigate. Guilty findings mean permanent closure across the network.
Self-Exclusion Binds You
Activate self-exclusion and it locks you out of all five brands for the period you chose. You can’t reverse it early by asking nicely. It’s legally binding. Try to open a new account during exclusion and both get closed permanently.
Our Right to Refuse
We can close accounts, void bets, or refuse payouts if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations. You get an explanation, but decisions are final. Disputes escalate to Malta Gaming Authority, not arbitration.
Changes to Terms
These terms update occasionally. Major changes get emailed to active players. Continued use after updates means you accept them. Check back every few months if you play regularly.
